Gronk's 2013 redraft value

Postby dlf_jules » Thu May 23, 2013 6:37 am

Assume your typical PPR, TE required league. Should he still be the #1 TE off the board? Either way, where does he go in a 12-team redraft?

I think Jimmy Graham would go before him, then Gronk would be 2nd

Think I could snag Gronk in the mid-3rd, or would I be pushing my luck?

Probably pushing your luck... I'd guess that there's an 88% chance that he wont be there then

Gronks value us falling like a rock in redraft. I've seen him go in rounds 4-5 in mocks. But as the season draws nearer and assuming he progresses health wise, I imagine that will begin to creep up again.
Team 1: 10 Team, 4 Keeper League, Non-PPR
QB: Deshaun Watson
RB: Ezekiel Elliott, Leonard Fournette, Kareem Hunt
WR: Julio Jones, Dez Bryant
TE: Rob Gronkowski

I think graham us the clear #1 right now and wouldn't pay for Gronk unless I was stealing him. Too much risk at the moment to pass on a stud where you will have to pay for Gronk.

I ended up passing on Graham in the mid-2d and nabbing Gronk in the mid-3d. I had to pass on Graham because I knew I would foolishly take Gronk too if he was still there, and this was a draftmaster, so no trades.
