Very high on both, but I'd say Tate.

I love watching him play, but Tate has always been and will be a reckless runner who can't stay healthy even dating back to college. He's 24.

I'd take Miller. He's only 21 and Bush is a free agent. He is very natural running the ball and also plays in a ZBS.

I do see the injury concerns... Is there any chance bush will resign? I'm trying to determine if I make a play for miller by trading Tate for miller and a little extra

I don't see Tate suddenly becoming some workhorse back for a new team in 2014. He is certainly talented, but he's only had 1 mostly healthy season out of 3.

Miller is the shiny new toy. Fast, good hands. Assuming Bush is gone, I can see a RBBC in Miami next year, where Miller starts to become the lead dog by mid season.

Reading this threading I'm calling Tate might become the new JStew. Let the hype train begin.

I'm dumbfounded by why so many people would want Tate over Lamar Miller.

Miller could be in a full load situation for multiple years by next season, so much more upside with him then Tate.

What leads you to believe this? If memory serves me correct, wasn't he dinged quite a bit at Miami?
If he was in line for more work, why couldn't he get any meaningful action this past year when Reggie Bush was doing a disappearing act?

Not saying you're wrong, I'm not as informed on the dolphins as I am others...

With Tate you have to look at talent, the team around him, Kubiak running Arian Foster into the ground and hitting free agency rather soon.

Miller was a top 4 rb from his class. So was Tate. Both are talented and both of their ceilings are capped currently by their situations. I have them very close talent wise but I'd give the edge to Miller. Go and watch some tape on both and come to your own conclusions. I see Miller with a better chance at a "lead dog" type role as I believe he is much more talented (yet inexperianced) than D.Thomas. Bush I believe is gone. I think A.Foster sticks around for two more years at least and I think Houston resigns Tate after next season if nothing else but for insurance for an aging Foster.

I'm leaning Miller but it is a slight lean. lol.

I really like both but the window for Tate is getting smaller. He will already be 25 when the next season. If he doesn't get his shot soon here he may never get it. Rbs have a very short shelf life.

I think Miller gets the job in Miami next year or the next. Even if the bring back Bush he will be 28 in March and had trouble staying healthy this year. He has the talent, and he is in a great opportunity.

I'm guessing alot of people would want Hillman over him. But I would rather have Miller.
