16 team 1/2 PPR, Full IDP Dynasty w/developmental draft

Looking for an active owner to take over team. This is a very deep league and is sure to be competitive.
We have not drafted yet. We will be drafting this Sunday night 9-2-12 @ 9:15 PM ET.
We will also have a developmental college draft of 1 pick each year that you will carry on your taxi squad until the next year.
The D is set up to be somewhat on par with the offense for a more balanced league.
You will have the 16th pick in the start up draft and you will also have the 16th pick in the developmental draft. These picks were chosen using a draft pick randomizer.
