Fred Davis

Postby Maxwell » Mon Apr 23, 2012 7:21 am

I just recently traded O.Daniels and D.Keller for him. When we have our cuts i was only gonna be able to keep one anyway and i have Davis ahead of both.

I think with RG3 maybe he could really break out this year. Or maybe get suspended again...

Anyway i was just wondering what everyone else thought about his potential going forward and where you would rank him.

I love that deal for you! I have Fred Davis only behind Graham, Gronk, Hernandez and Vernon...and depending on what SF does in the draft (if they take Fleener for example) then I would actually bump him ahead of Vernon.

I think Davis is the third or fourth TE in dynasty leagues, especially with Robert Griffin III rolling into town. He's got some great talent and physical characteristics, much like Gronk and Graham, who have shown what they can do in this league.

So, yes, I love that trade for you, even if you could of kept Keller and Daniels. Great job, man.

I dumped F. Davis last year thinking Cooley was the man. That was dumb! I recently took over an orphaned team with Gronk. I traded Gronk and Cobb for F. Davis and Julio.

F. Davis was 5th best TE last year / game with rotating quarterbacks. He definitely still has upside.

Even if this were a true start-2 TE league this is a great deal.
