From Oakland to Buffalo

Postby nightmarion » Wed Dec 14, 2011 4:26 pm

Derek Hagan showed some promise early in the preseason, only to fall off the radar once the season was under way. Now with Buffalo, does this guy have any fantasy potential?

the way he bounces around I kinda doubt it, though I thought he had a chance in Oakland.

I'd love to say he'll be the next Brandon Lloyd, but I kinda doubt it.

Who knows. he should be WW fodder until he does become the next Brandon Lloyd. Although, Lloyd was quite the tease early on in his career, having 2 or 3 very nice games, before he fell off the face of the earth to fantasy irrelevancy.. LOL

If you have conviction and think so, pick him up as the last guy on the bench...I just think Buffalo has too many mid-level WR's behind Johnson and Nelson as it is so I can't see him getting consistent opportunities in the near future! He's 27 already and considering that each Draft, each year most teams bring competition in to fight for positions...

Hagan is a replacement-level player who is only valuable as it directly relates to his situation and nothing more.
