1 QB 1.04 decision: Bowers, Caleb or trade?

12 team league, PPR, non TEP. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 non QB flex

QB: Stroud, Minshew
RB: Bijan, ETN, R White, Z White, Spears
WR: Lamb, Puka, Olave, D Smith, Shakir, Burks, T Palmer
TE: Laporta, Ferguson

I just traded Lawrence, Muth, 1.05, and 1.10 away for Stroud, Olave and Ferguson. I have the 1.01, 1.02 and 1.04 left. MHJ and Nabers with the first two picks leave me solid at WR. I'm not going to be adding a RB in this draft unless I trade back in the first round. If I use the pick, Bowers or Caleb make the most sense for my team. I know I have a solid starter at each position, but I think both rookies will be good. They may not be BPA at 1.04 and in a vacuum trading back makes the most sense.

From here I'm looking at two other potential trades to make:
1. Give D Smith + Spears
Get Lamar + J Cook
This would give me solid QB depth and another decent RB. It would cost a very good WR in Smith, but he's unlikely to start for me.
2. Give ETN + 1.04
Get Gibbs + 1.09
This would be to tier up at RB and add a value pick at 1.09, possibly Brooks if he's there.

For my current roster and starting requirements (shallow league) - would you try and make those trades? Or pick at the 1.04?

I think that would be my preference if the other owner goes for it. Would you add a 2025 2nd on top of my offer if the other owner says it's not enough? Or Z White on top?

Do you value Brooks above Caleb and Bowers for my lineup and league settings? Or just value of Brooks + whatever else I can get for the 1.04? My draft isn't until August, so I'm just exploring ideas at this point.
