What are your predictions—crazy or expected?

• I say QBs go picks 1-4.
• Six QBs in the first round—would tie the record.
• A record-setting number of WRs in the first round, with 8.
• A record-setting number of WRs in the draft, with 60+.
• No RBS taken in the first round at all.
• Bears take Odunze at 9.

MIN and DEN need QBs too. I think all six go.

-Chargers trade down from 5 to 11 and end up taking OL at 11. Herbert but low window opens even wider as new dynasty managers go into pure panic mode.

-Broncos do NOT draft a QB in the 1st round

-Bills trade up for WR

The best "bold prediction" I've seen (idk that it's bold, it just goes against consensus from everything I've seen) came from Jakob Sanderson regarding the Broncos QB situation in his RD1 Mock Draft:

"O.K. here’s where it’s possible we’re getting into fan fiction range. However, no team is more incentivized to trade back in this draft than the Denver Broncos, even if it’s for below market value. Sitting at 12 overall with a depleted roster, a gaping hole at Quarterback, and no Round 2 selection, their options to fill QB are either (a) trade up with fewer assets than their bidding competitors and a roster further away; (b) stick at 12 and pick a Round 2 quality QB prospect; (c) make a non-QB pick at 12, and rock with Jarrett Stidham and a Round 3 or later selection, or (d) trade back, accumulate assets, and position yourself to select a Tier 2 QB at a more palatable cost while replenishing their coffers in the process."

If you frame it that way, especially points A & B, it's totally logical that they pass on QB tonight. I guess it depends how desperate they truly are

I mean, honestly, if I was ARI unless I got a great offer, I'd take MHJ at 1.04. I'd love to see the Bears trade up to 4 to get him, but I doubt that happens.

No. I mean we are not getting 60+ wide receivers in a 257 pick draft. 60 would be 23.3% of the picks.

Put down the bourbon. That would be a fantastic draft night tho

Starting with fun… the wildest things I doubt happen but would be amazing…
- Chargers draft McCarthy at 5 and ship Herbert to MIN or NYG for an absolute haul
- Aiyuk dealt to JAX

On the more realistic but still unlikely side…
- Keon Coleman surprises and makes it into the late 1st
- KC and BUF trade out of the 1st and fantasy managers wanting WRs to land there are upset
- PHI moves up and grabs Brock Bowers, continuing the UGA drafting tendencies
