I won’t name the D Players as they’re irrelevant to this trade

I’ve received several offers today but one I’m most intrigued by is this one.

I give: Stroud
I get: Cousins, Najee Harris and Aiyuk

I already have Burrow in place and gain 2 starters at positions of need.

I also have pick 1.4 but no 2nd round pick.

Thoughts?

you are on the right track in wanting to trade a qb, and i realize this would help you with other starters, but i gotta say i think if you make it known that stroud or burrow is on the block you would get a better offer from someone. it being 24 teams i gotta think some of those with eh qb would be willing to throw the farm out there for a top tier guy

That league has a LOT of offensive starters for a 24 team league. Like mandatory 2RBs and 2TEs is wild in that format.

I like Aiyuk, the other pieces are meh unless you can flip Cousins. Try replacing Najee with a TE or another WR?

If this is a 24 team single copy format, there is no way Aiyuk is worth more than Stroud.

I went ahead and moved forward with the trade. All other offers I have received (close to 10) were built around lower tier WR or RB, and late 2nds to mid 3rds.

I’m probably higher on Najee than most, but my plan is to flip Cousins later on in the draft or offseason to a QB needy team. I can acquire the not so great Daniel Jones for a 3rd round pick, but can only roster 2 QBs, so once I flip Cousins I’ll probably circle back to Jones just to have a backup QB.


I think at 1.4 I’ll hopefully be able to get Nabers or Odunze, unless I can move up for MHJ

24 teams! wow lol. That probably bumps up Strouds/Burrows value into SF territory. I was in a 16 team 1QB and my team basically stunk but Mahomes single-handedly led me to the playoffs and championship 2 years ago. Much smaller starting roster size though in that league.

Agree with this take. I don't hate the trade, but I think you could have done better with patience.

This is a very likely scenario, my downfall is I’m not as high on Stroud as others. Great chance that comes back to haunt me, but I felt that adding 2 starters and a capable backup QB at a low value for him. I’m gonna try to flip Cousins for something else, either a pick or another young player.

I think Stroud should have a lot more value than that!
I mean 24 team 1 QB league QB value should be equal to a 12 team 2 QB league.
QB value in a 12 team 2 QB league is higher than QB value in a 12 team SF league.
I would think that you should be able to at least get a better RB than Najee.

Cousins, Aiyuk, and Etienne might interest me.
If it has to be Najee and Aiyuk, then I need a better QB than Cousins.
Bottom line: those 3 pieces don't add up to Stroud IMO.

x2. Not a bad offer but in a 24 team single copy I am betting a top 5 QB nets a lot more than that.
