I also think anything after pick 20 (probably closer to 10 lol) or so is a complete shot in the dark, and if I'm going to gamble, I may as well shoot for the moon. Can't see him making it out of round 2 in any of my leagues.
I am super low on Coleman and agree

I ended up with:
Olave
B Thomas
A Mitchell
Plus I upgraded a future 2nd to a first.

Without hockenson and being bad at rb I think I needed another year. I have two firsts and two seconds, one third, and two fourths next year. I hope to be a contender in 2025.
Unless your squad is hurting at QB... this is a 10/10 offseason for ya. Great work.
Burrow and purdy. Nothing else….
Many times people think it is the big trades that win championships. Most times it is a series of small ones that stack over time to make a great team.

True, but in a TEP league, if he hits like he's supposed to, he will separate further from the pile of midrange TEs. And be very flex-worthy. Add that to the 1.8 owner only having Goedert, Dulcich, and Higbee on the roster.......if that was my team, I would be rushing the podium.

I didn't look back at last year's trades, but in my TEP leagues, it's really hard to trade for good ones.

Regarding the comments on where players like Coleman went, just curious to know if you take scoring into account? Maybe I draft differently than others, but my logic is like this:

This league, is superflex, .2 points per carry, 1ppr, 1.5ppr to TEs. I take the .2ppc into account. 200 rb carries is the equivalent of 40 receptions at the end of the year. This league uses flexible lineups so you can start 2-5RBs and 2-6WRs, so most of our starters are flex spots. If I was coinflipping a RB versus a WR in a "standard" PPR league, once we throw in the PPC, I might give the nod to the RB. Unless I already had a surplus of RBs and was aiming for a WR that needs to be part of my mandatory 2.

I had Coleman on my shortlist though at pick 24 but I went with Penix instead, as I thought that was a good value for Superflex, and my team needs some shots at QB production.

I also thought that was surprising. I'm down on him too. Somewhere around my WR7-10 or something. But I would still smash draft him in the early 20s as I would expect most others I like to be gone as well

Probably the PPC affecting things mostly. It's also a very shaky RB class and many (myself included) are waiting for the NFL to tell us who they prefer. You'll have a lot of RB jump up over WR like Coleman after the draft. But you don't get the luxury of waiting in this league so there were 6 RB that went higher while ADP right now probably only has 2-4 above Coleman.

No issues with taking a 1st round QB in SF over Coleman. I think more surprising was the other WR like Wilson, Legette, and Tez. Sanders is also interesting but the TEP might push it to his side

The 1QB GEDL draft let AD Mitchell slide to 1.12.

Here in the GEDL Superflex, the Pickle Pirates jump up to grab him 1.10. (After taking Brian Thomas at 1.09)

That guy knows ball.

Vegas agrees that you know ball.

Bowers jumps to 1.4.

In my other 4 TEP drafts, I expect him to go 1.4 to 1.6. Depends on team needs though since those are superflex and a QB is a good choice if you need one and you have a solid TE. And I would still be thrilled to get him at 1.8 in TEP if I needed a top tier TE asset.

I do enjoy my pick of Penix at 2.12, I’m guessing he rises? Especially glad since I gave cousins as well

it's only .5 more PPR and other positions get bumps as well.

Basically if a TE catches 80 balls its 40 extra points over what WRs and RBs get

If a RB gets 250 carries at .2 per carry it's 50 points

But sure, explain to me how my scoring works :)
