A RB needy team has offered me Steffon Diggs for my Derrick Henry and a 2025 3rd

My RB room is relatively strong, I have CMC/Ekeler/Swift/Hubbard (Plus Henry)

my WR isn’t bad either, but could use an addition…Tyreek, Godwin, Thielen, Sutton

It’s a standard 12 team SF league, full point PPR

I prefer the Diggs side. I expect him to outscore Henry in '24 and he has better dynasty value.

I’m liking Diggs too. It might just be me but being a Baltimore RB is as dangerous as dogs chasing cars. I hope it doesn’t happen to Henry but there is something seemingly in the water in Ravenland

I think you hurt your chances this year. Imo, your RB room is not as strong as you think. I don't trust Swift, Eckler is over the hill. Henry could be the difference maker for you. Diggs will not get the targets people think he will. Houston is loaded with pass catchers.

i think henry will challenge for top rb again this year. id keep him

I don't usually side with 30 year old RBs, but give me the Henry here. Diggs will probably last longer, so there is some value in that, but you're in it to win it all in 2024. Henry gives your team the best chance to accomplish that goal and I'm not overly sold on Swift, Ekeler or Hubbard as your RB2 as a contender.

Henry's touches are going to go down considerably as well, that seems not to be factored in here. I think Diggs is the easy pick here. I don't believe he is as washed as others do. I think last year's deep was more a shift in offense with the new coordinator.

Ya 12 team start 10 I want diggs. If it was start 8 or so/wr depth becomes meaningless and I’d want henry.

I don’t think this team is good enough to hold so much value in 3 qbs (very few super teams are). I’d be shopping all 3 of them to see which I can get good value for and make your team elite.

This is Henry for me. He'll probably slot in as RB #7-12 in redraft this year and next, while it's hard to see Diggs get that kind of volume/production with Collins & Dell around.
