Javonte Williams Value

12 team 2QB PPR

There is a guy in our league trying to move Javonte. He’s a little intriguing since the Broncos didn’t bring anyone in during FA (they couldn’t afford to), and after the 1.12 they don’t have another pick until round 3. Could still bring someone in there, but looks like they have bigger fish to fry than grabbing another RB. He will also be a FA after this year and will be another year removed from injury. Is there a buy low opportunity here or just a plain avoid?

I still like him startup value-wise because the community is so down on him, but really not sure what he’s going for in trades, so I’m curious as well.

I dont typically buy RBs before the draft unless I know I'm a strong contender. I like Javonte and wouldnt mind giving an early second for him.

Mid 2nd is the buy point for me in 2QB at the moment.

I think that anyone with Williams is going to expect an early 2nd in SF leagues. If I'm a contender, I'm willing to buy at that price, but I prefer to wait until after the draft as I've been burned before.

Javonte is a buyer beware right now. could be a full blown committee (or worse). I would say a mid 2 is spot on now and an early 2nd is a slight overpay but if he is your guy, then go for it

As a rebuilder what would you sell JWill for? Early 2nd?
I don’t think I’d sell him for a late 2nd now because I think his value could improve during the season but it is playing the lottery.

I offered 1.10 for him a few weeks ago in a 12 team sf and was declined and offered an absurd counter. Maybe I’m lucky it wasn’t accepted looking at these prices,

There is some risk on both sides of this deal, but if I'm rebuilding in a super flex league I'd be okay with moving him for an early 2nd rounder in this draft if that's the best I could get for him.

I have him on my 3rd team in the sig but it’s a 1QB league. Its a very smart and competitive league so it’s hard to trade these type of players (can’t trade Achane for value either)

Got it. In 1QB I'm holding both Williams and Achane if I'm not getting good value now. Contenders will have injuries, and typically helps RBs rebound in season.
