Thoughts on Picks in 1 QB League

I made a lot of moves in a 1 qb, 1 ppr, 12-team league, where we start qb-rb-rb-wr-wr-wr-te-flex-k-d.
Dynasty #3, full team in signature, my current starters are:

Allen
Kamara, Jacobs
Lamb, Nacua, DJM
Flex: ZWhite/Olave
Ferguson
K
D

Any thoughts on the picks I have and who to target here?
I have 1.01, 2.10, 3.01, 3.02, 3.10, 4.09, 4.10.

FIRST: 1.01—Harrison (for sure)
SECOND: 2.10—maybe Penix/Nix; should be some nice RBs still here;
THIRDS: 3.01, 3.02, 3.10—WR depth, maybe RWilson, Polk, Corley, Pearsall
FOURTH: 4.09, 4.10—maybe Johnson TE, Thrash, MWashington, Cowing

Any sense at all here? I know, probably too early.
I'm going to really have to set my big board.

A lot can happen between 1.01 and pick 22. Not even sure you can formulate a strategy

Sure, just curious is anyone has rounds/tiers that make sense yet. I expect the top five qb to go before 2.02, probably a few RBs, bowers, and then a bunch of WRs. So for those 14 guys something like

QB 6
RB 5
TE 2
WR 9

So maybe Penix/Nix are there, a decent TE, some good RBs, and then WR10 or maybe a guy drops. Beyond that this is a very deep WR class. I'm still trying to sort out of the 15 or so WRs what round makes sense. Is Pearsall early or late 2nd, or 3rd, for instance.
