I took over an orphan in SF/TEP a couple of days ago which I blew up.
I have picks 1.02, 1.07, 2.02, 2.03, 2.08, 2.10, 3.02, 3.03, 3.05, 3.07, 4.02 and added 2025 picks 2 2nd, 1 3rd and 1 4th.
I only have Olave, Kirk, Charbonnet, and Dotson of any true value so I am in a complete rebuild.
I probably already have 2025 1.01 locked up as well.
Should I keep the 1.02 and draft Harrison or try to trade back and accumulate more picks? The 1.05 also has 2.04 and 2.05 so I am considering trying to make a deal for those 3 picks.
Or should I package some picks and try to get more 1sts?

I'd rather package to move up than move down. You've got a lot of darts, would try to consolidate a few and then churn the bottom of my roster all season looking for diamonds in the rough.

I'm keeping 1.02 and selling Kirk to see if I can get a later 1st for him or a nice package of picks. I'd take Harrison or Caleb at #2 as they feel most stable with high upside. I could see sliding back but only 2 or 3 spots max and the deal has to be really favorable.
I get the temptation to grab Bowers but TEs tend to fluctuate in production and it's all about usage/targets. I remember the year OJ Howard and Njoku were elite picks taken ahead of Engram but the production flipped the other way. Andrews was picked much later yet outperforms Ravens 1st rd pick Hayden Hurst on the same team. Laporta wildly dominates while Kincaid is in a timeshare with Dawson Knox.
Best of luck. Long rebuild ahead but you have some decent assets to begin the build. It'll be a fun journey.
