Gap between Burrow and Caleb?

I’ve got Burrow and eyeing Caleb. The 1.01 holder is open to a Burrow swap. I am a Bears fan and just won the championship so feeling a little fast and loose with the homerism. Would it be bonkers to do this swap given Burrow is the sure thing, or are there any concerns with Burrow’s durability?

Basically I’m aware any trade with Burrow is probably “losing the trade,” I’m more asking if I’m completely off my rocker for considering shooting the shot.

I just don't see any reason to (aside from the homerism), unless you're getting a + to do so

You've got a good team but I think you're taking on too much risk if you don't get something back. Young has a tough hill to climb as your QB3. And while I don't expect Caleb to bust, I would imagine there will be growing pains. If he DOES bust, you've got no 1sts the next few years to address it

That said, I don't know how your league contract structure plays into al this

"Value" wise, today, this is probably at least 1.01+late1st for Burrow.

Productivity wise, I think this ends up being Caleb worth Burrow+early1st when we look at it in retrospect.

I see them as neck and neck right now if you through out the fact Caleb hasnt thrown a pass in the NFL yet. LOL

This is basically what I’m mulling. I’m aware I’m losing value, but may I stand to long term profit? Maybe. Am I being a massive homer in advance? Also maybe!

Burrow is a sure thing. You have to know that going into it or you wouldn’t be asking.

But it’s OK to be a homer and enjoy fantasy. If Caleb hits big, you’ll be so happy you did. The value not so far off that if you made the trade that you’d be hurting. So have a little fun if you want.
