I play FFPC leagues and haven’t seen him moved, but suspect it would need to be a projected early to mid 2025 1st to get it done. Don’t think there’s a big enough incentive for somebody to move him otherwise

If the premium is .5, 25 1st and 2nd if they look top 5 might do it. If the premium is more, then I doubt that gets it done.

If I was the Kincaid manager none of these deals would do it for me. Why re-roll next year over holding a very promising young player? I'd want a player and a pick.
Note: I don't buy in to projecting picks this far out so I more or less treat 2025 picks as "random". If the Kincaid manager can be convinced the 1st is going to be early, then maybe.

I would pass on all those offers. Young athletic TE, with draft capital, a great QB and an ageing Diggs with not a lot behind that for target sharing. I need an overpay to trade Kincaid. He is currently going in the 3rd to 4th round of start ups and 1st, especially two years out cost about a 5th round in a start up.
