I would not pay more than a 2nd for him and that is why I dont have him anywhere, because owners want more. He has been injured, limited or on IR more times than I like. I think he has had one season where he played the entire season. He is an avoid for me, but I know what is a minority opinion. If I was going to pay what it takes to get him, I would rather shop for Kincaide, McBride, Laporta, or pay less and get Kittle, Kelce.

I would not trade Hock now, as his value is down due to injury.

Sure, you'd be buying relatively low on a guy who is still young and a set it and forget type of TE. Any time you buy a guy coming off injury there is risk there, but in a rebuild it's a good time to take those calculated risks.
A good price would be a later 1st or player plus 2nd of that equivalent. Not sure I'd pay a mid 1st for him though.
