I saw a post on twitter that Harbaugh's top priority is to sign Barkley. Cap is certainly an issue and none of this matters until a deal is done. I wouldn’t want to make a move for Barkley assuming that’s where he ends up. I don’t see the Chargers spending at RB.
Now, if cap gets worked out, he does somehow go there…sure, I think he’d be pretty valuable for a couple years.

I do agree that the cap can be manipulated so the chargers would have to get Uber creative if they want him.
