Congrats on landing a title after years of getting close!

In a full rebuild, I would shop everyone and move anyone for the right return that helps you overall. It never hurts to shop to get a complete view of your options. Gauge value from there indivalully deal to deal. That being said, Herbert and Purdy make the most sense to hold. From there, you have aging and risky assets. Shop them all and show patience in when to make a deal. That very well end up being in season as moving vets in the offseason is rarely lucrative. No need to force anything even if that means holding until in season. Good luck!

I'm shopping everyone. The whole thing can go.

Purdy I'd be careful with. I wonder if the broader FF community is valuing him as highly as they should be. Don't sell him short.

When rebuilding, I shop everything that can get me good value for future.

Curious of why you feel you HAVE to rebuild? Maybe I'm too slow on rebuilding, but, I usually like to wait and see how team is doing... if clearly not in it next year, contenders get desperate mid-season

Sometimes it’s better to be ahead of the cave in than do nothing and let the roof fall in on you. Shop them all while they all still have some value. Cook might be the only rb that still has value in 2025
Qb: Hurts, geno Smith
Rb: JT, Gibbs, Montgomery, Roschon, Z. White, Ty Chandler
Wr: AJB, JJ, Chase, waddle, G Wilson
TE: Pitts, Kincaid, Likely, Njoku

2024 1.01, 1.04, 1.05
10 team
9 players kept yearly
Non PPR
Not super flex
Start 1/1/2/1/2 flex
1 point per first down
All tds 6 points

Yea, I get that. Different philosophies, neither is right... I think I still like to hold on until I'm sure I can't (unless get something that blows me away).

I guess, I've experienced both sides of that.

In team 1 of my signature, I had an aging team after 2017 championship, that looked on verge of needing major rebuild, I held on, missed playoffs, and made my rebuild much tougher / lots of guys lost value

In team 2 of my signature, same situation after 2022 championship, I held on... and somehow stumbled into another championship I definitely didn't deserve lol

If you want to rebuild I’d sell everyone except most of your qbs and TEs
