Murray has a little more value right now, but I could easily see McBride being the better option in TEP moving forward. At least, it's close enough that I don't get why it's in here. I'm in a startup right now that McBride was the 2nd TE taken behind Laporta

As Menace2010 said, in SF Murray is far and away the best piece in this trade. I rate the trade this way

Don't get me wrong. I am a huge fan of McBride and he's either my TE2 or TE1 going forward. But in a SF league, a young QB with the proven ability to repeatedly finish as a fantasy T7QB (who is about to start throwing to a "generational" WR talent and who is already throwing to a great TE) is a much more valuable asset than any TE could possibly be.

I assume the guy receiving Minshew is assuming Minshew will be a multi-year starter in LV. That's the only way this trade looks bad and not superbad.

I agree. That’s a trade that could swing either way depending upon team makeup. Looks like a solid trade to me without more information.

^^^That is pretty much the way I read it.
I realize that many are over-valuing McBride now, and still under-value Kyler, but for me, Kyler >>> McBride.

Most other league managers see it the same way.
I haven't talked to anyone favoring the McBride side.

Dude that got the Kyler side is the defending league champ, and ran away giddy from this trade.
I can't say that I blame him.
I lost to him in the Finals last year, and now do not know if I can compete with him this year.

I mean sure, it's not Kyler for Gardner Minshew level bad trade, which I guess is what this thread is reserved for.

Depends what the premium is. 2ppr then I would argue McBride > Kyler. People still haven’t figured out the advantage in TE premium. They’ll learn eventually. In any event, it’s a reasonable deal. Ppl are too low on DK, and apparently too low on McBride in TE prem

All 4 of my TEP leagues are baby TEP, only 0.5 TEP.
Barely enough to qualify as TEP leagues, barely enough to move the needle.
I'd love to find a serious TEP league!!
