I generally view these offers as "hey, I'm interested", but this one didn't deserve a response (outside the rejection). FFPC 1 QB

I don't consider them a "hey, I'm interested" below a certain threshold.
I will respond to any respectable offer, but I don't respond to offers like that either.

Funny thing is I have gotten offers like that, and then the person reach out 2 days later and say "hey, what did you think of my offer"?
I'll tell them "I thought you were joking", then they'll tell me it was only their opening offer.
Then they will try to explain it to me like I am in kindergarten. "You know, you're not supposed to open with your best offer".

Can you even imagine going to look at a 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home in a nice neighborhood, and bidding $175 on it???
