32+ Team League Looking For Owners Devy/SF/PPR/IDP

Wanting to start up a 32 team (minimum). There will be one copy of players for every 16 teams The league concept is the first season will be all play where everyone plays everyone each week. After the first season teams will be placed into divisions of 16. Top 16 will be the top division next 16 will be next division lower and so on. Beginning year 2 teams will only play within their divisions with their own playoffs and championship. Top teams each year will play to move to upper divisions. Poor teams will be demoted to lower divisions.
Each team will start 22 players, 11 offense with a SF option and 11 defense. The startup draft will be an auction of veterans and rookies. Immediately following will be a startup Devy auction. Each year the rookie draft will be an auction. Full bylaws can be seen on the league site under the bylaws tab.
