If you are still looking I have a league we are trying to get going. We are looking to get 32 to 48 teams to start. Will be SF devy IDP with auction drafts. It is unique that there will be 16 team divisions. The divisions play within themselves with their own playoff. I know its more than what you were looking for but thought id put it out there. If a team does well they promote to upper divisions, bad they get demoted. You can see the bylaws on the league site. It is still PPR, everything is divided by 10. So instead of scores being as an examlple 252.32 to 248.16 it will be 25.23 to 24.82. Scoring is basically the same as any other leagues, just thought it would be fun to keep scores on the lower end.
