I'm just one of those annoying fans of The Office that has seen the show in its entirety hundreds of times. That show was (and still is, to some degree) my escape from reality before fantasy football assumed that role.

Prison Mike also provided a good floating head to use as my avatar. Most of my fantasy football team names are Office related - (Scranton Stranglers, Knights of the Night, Kevin and the Zits, Threat Level Midnight, Scott's Tots, Scrantonicity II, The Dementors, etc).

Most of the time, it's only funny to me. And I'm okay with that.

Threat Level Midnight is my favorite! But they are all funny, and I'll die on that hill too!

Another Office fan here, and grew up just outside of Scranton. We're near Charlotte now and this local bar had an Office Trivia night. Of course my wife and I cleaned up and took home 1st two times out of 3 events.

It's such a fantastic show. There are other great shows that have spawned over the past 15+ years or whatever, but ultimately I'm too lazy to watch them in their entirety. When push comes to shove, The Office is playing in the background somewhere in my house.

Whenever I see one of your posts I have to resist the urge to say "And I've never been caught either!"

Haha I meant to add to my post that although it's usually only funny to me, I do enjoy that it occasionally sparks an Office reference from other dynasty/office degenerates, and you were the first that came to mind lol

Back in school during english class (i'm from germany) my teacher always put names of students who weren't behaving on the board on the "list of bad ferrets" and as an adolescent I was a regular. That somehow stuck for nearly 20 years now.

nothing to do with ferrets, but your nickname always reminds me of the bloodhound gang's the bad touch.

Since high school my online alias has been a nod to THE Kurt Rambis. I have no idea why I chose him, but it has been a solid 20 years of this.

Random one here, my daughter's elementary school was doing DIBELS testing forever ago during the time when I was researching/registering for this site, and she kept coming home from school saying "Dibbles, Dibbles, Dibbles" over and over again which made me laugh . . . so I went with it.

Back in the late 1980's a lady use to call me Iceboy for a nickname so I used it in my first redraft league. It was a private name so won't go into the connotations behind it but after the Cowboys won their first title under Jimmy Johnson I shortened it to Ice due to the ring they designed. I actually have a custom avatar someone made me after their 5th title showing all 5 diamonds but couldn't make it fit on this site so didn't use it here.

On a side note, I still use Iceboys in my original redraft league that is still going strong today.

Many seem to think it came from the Vanilla Ice's song; "Ice Ice Baby" but not so.
