Buy Low Candidates - Nov 2023

As trade deadlines approach for many leagues (mine included), I was curious who everyone thought were good buy low candidates for teams that aren't expecting to make the playoffs and want to transact with a contender. Kyle Pitts, Drake London, and JSN come to mind, but curious of other players that might be on everyone's radars.

What value range is Spears at these days? Early 2nd? At one point earlier this season, after he had his TD game, everyone in my leagues was naming him the heir apparent, but that sentiment seems to have cooled off a little since.

I've tried to buy him and I don't think you're getting him for an early 2nd. But if you can, I think that's great. The path is clear to him being the RB1 on the most run dedicated team in the NFL. And Vrable's going nowhere. They love him here. Mike Tomlin-lite.

I've tried to buy him and I don't think you're getting him for an early 2nd. But if you can, I think that's great. The path is clear to him being the RB1 on the most run dedicated team in the NFL. And Vrable's going nowhere. They love him here. Mike Tomlin-lite.

Yep for sure. His value is only going to go up (marginally) so offering an early 2nd with maybe a “pick swap” might be the play.

A pick swap is both trading 3rds for example but the other owner is getting a little bump ahead.
