As it turns out, the only thing Olave needs to see targets is a Carr injury.

Re: 2023 Week Ten—Let's go
Actually, Olave was getting targeted over 9 times a game, with Carr. Saints were down big, and the Vikes lightened up their D coverages, and Olave was more successful at that point. Winston made a few nice throws, but also threw 2 bad INT's. They are on a bye, and then back to Carr. The Saints had been playing fairly well offensively the last few games, but not today.Hottoddies wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2023 10:01 pmAs it turns out, the only thing Olave needs to see targets is a Carr injury.
Olave will be solid regardless of Winston or Carr at QB, I think in another year or two, he can be a low end WR1, in PPR. Who knows, maybe even mid WR1.

Since week 1, Pollard has been a massive disappointment.

Re: 2023 Week Ten—Let's go
He's gotta be one of the leaders in the clubhouse for most disappointing player vs. value/cost - in redrafts he was going around the 1/2 turn, and was usually at worst a Top 15-18 player.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2023 10:53 pm Since week 1, Pollard has been a massive disappointment.
At least with players that have been injured, you've been able to find options to replace the starting slot. Pollard's just been murdering us every week 6.4 pts at a time.
There's two more cake matchups on deck in the Panthers and the Washington Football Team. After that? SEA, PHI, BUF, MIA, DET.
But he's not even getting home in cake matchups, so god knows if you'll be able to get any useable starts out of him.

TLDR.
Did anyone watch ARZ? How did Kyler look? Looking at the box score, I'm surprised to see he ran the ball six times.

Re: 2023 Week Ten—Let's go
I'd be more worried about QJ if he was invisible.
He's been in position to make big plays but his hands have let him down. Much like Jameson. He could have had an 80 yard td today.
Needs to work on his concentration skills. And hand eye coordination. His coaches need to ride his arse until he improves these things.

Re: 2023 Week Ten—Let's go
The plays I saw he looked like himself. You know, pocket collapsing so he does a huge spin, then accelerates away from defenders, runs either out of bounds or slides.
He also still has the big windup and launch the ball deep.
I forgot how fun it is to watch him.

Re: 2023 Week Ten—Let's go
Some rust to shake off obviously, but had some good throws, a nice TD run (fake to Conner) and some huge runs, one to get them into position for the game winning FG. Looked very agile and super quick, it was surprising to be honest how fast he looked. McBride was the guy, so that should be fun moving forward. Now only if they can land Harrison!
