Nice to see them get back on track. You knew they would, just a matter of how long the drought would be.

If you're counting on a big performance from any Cowboys, it's looking like it could be a disappointing night.

I'm playing someone who played Fields and DJM to start the week, and traded for Monty just before the week started. Thought I was done. Chase and a few others are giving me a chance. He's got 206, I have 187 with Love to play, 6 pts per TD pass. We are looking to be the top 2 scorers this week. Whoever loses, it's going to suck for.

Can't see the rugby scrum stuff being a long term play in the league. I expect them to address it this off season.

Kinda like how you expected them to address it last off season, right...

To be fair though, it was discussed. But then "Shrug".

I heard them say on the broadcast that a couple Giants got injured on that type of play versus Seattle? I wasn't aware of that if true. But you know, I don't mind the play. I think it rewards excellent O-line play. Not every team is able to execute it the way Philly does. I think it's a combination of an outstanding center, and an athletic/mobile QB getting it done.

Not many teams were doing it. Mostly just the Eagles last year. Lots of teams now are. Players have gotten hurt. They always look at stuff for player safety. FWIW, MNF crew just mentioned it. It's likely not going to last, due to player safety concerns. They are always taking things out to improve it. Changing kickoffs, etc.

Don't get snarky. It's not just me that's saying it.

EDIT. Just did a google search, and just found this, too. I don't care if it lasts or not, if they find players are vulnerable in this play (seems to be the case), and take it out, it's no big loss. I don't watch rugby because it's boring, this play isn't exactly super exciting.

No snark required buddy.

You beat that drum loudly this offseason.

And nothing happened.

It didn't even go before the competition committee. They were -that- bored by it.

I wouldn't be holding my breath for a rule change, just personally. But you do you.
