Good vision and inside running for a smaller back. Pass pro is a concern. He was getting a ton of buzz in camp and now Sean Payton is praising his performance yesterday and saying he'll get more work.

I think so. Have stashed him in deep leagues, but might start grabbing more shares everywhere if able. Javonte has the injury bug and Perine is what he is. Denver should be in a rebuild/cash saving mode after that ugly Russ contract, so I do not see them bringing anyone else in. Not saying they will, but they could save 3M next year by cutting 29 yr old Perine. Javonte will still be around (if healthy) so I do not think you can trust Jaleel to start anytime soon, but hoarding backup RB is always smart

you don't get to play the bears every week, and javonte may not miss any time. perine will likely stay, and if he doesn't, they'll bring someone else.

has anyone heard any news about Javonte's injury? completely unsubstantiated, my buddy said on the phone today that he thought it was gonna be end of season. I certainly haven't heard that, or anything at all really. No ill will for player health here, but if I'm gonna get a value bump for Jaleel, i wanna know asap and sell quick

We'll see, but from what I've read it appears to be a hip flexor strain. He'll miss time (a matter of weeks) but it shouldn't be season ending. Most twitter doctors i've seen are saying 1-3 weeks-ish on Javante missing time. I don't think he comes back and plays this upcoming week. I'm pumped to see Jaleel play more.

I just went back and watched all Jaleel's touches and he immediately pops off the screen with his speed, start stop ability, and ability to slip thru creases. Maybe he's nothing special, but hard to watch his touches against the Bears and think he shouldn't be heavier in the rotation.
