Startup Auction Dynasty League

Looking for 9 more owners for a Startup Auction Dynasty League.
League will be run on MFL, paid via LeagueSafe.
Yearly dues are $50 plus $7.50 for MFL fee (will change next year once I can pay early bird for MFL). Due at invite.
Team names will be based off of fake colleges from a TV or movie.

Some scoring/lineup notes:
1 QB, 1 SF, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 3 FLEX (RB/WR/TE), 10 Bench, 4 Taxi (Rookie only)
4 Points/Passing TD
1 PPR (RB, WR)
2 PPR (TE)

Some notable rules:
Toilet Bowl Winner and Loser receiving additional picks (pick 13 and 26 respectively)
Trading of future picks requires a payment towards that year's dues (1st is $20, 2nd is $10, 3rd is $5)
After the auction draft, a date will be set for the option to pick up 4 additional players via FAAB to accommodate for the Taxi Squad.

Just to answer your question, it's where there's usually multiple players up for auction at a time and you bid on them through usually a couple of weeks and have the timer reset with each bid. For instance, this league is going to have a 10 hour reset, just because we're starting a month before the draft and I want to make sure it's completed by week 1.

Does the system keep track? I just wouldn't want to jump in and lose track of a player I wanted.
