Mingo's snaps/opportunities may be limited at the beginning of the season like many rookies. You can anticipate more opportunities in the latter half, especially if you think the vets will tail off. But, in that situation, I just don't see the weapons to pull coverage away. The OP specifies PPR, which opens the door to some exciting 5/49/0 lines.

Addison by far and away is in the best position on paper to produce immediately (draft pedigree, high volume offense, good QB, high amount of open targets).

For a long shot, I'll go with Jayden Reed in Green Bay. There is a lot of opportunity in that offense. All the notable pass catchers are rookies or second year receivers. Of course, it depends on if Jordan Love is actually any good though, which is a big if.
