This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

1.02++ for 1.06++ (poll)

Postby Hankybro21 » Tue Mar 28, 2023 12:34 pm

Team 2. 10tm SF

Start: Q1 R2 W3 T1 F2 SF1

Give: 1.02 + DK + EMoore
Get: 1.06 + Diggs + 2024 1 (probably 1.05-1.07 range)

I don't love moving off of DK and getting a bit older at WR, but Diggs gives me the Diggs/Allen stack for the next couple of years, I stay in the top 6 for one of Stroud/Young/Richardson/Gibbs/JSN, and I get another 2024 1st to use or trade. Thoughts?
Team 1
Q: Allen, Lamar
W: Devonta, Nuk, Godwin, Adams, Diontae, MT, Bateman, Toney, Osborn
R: JT, Henry, Ekeler, Gibbs, Mattison, Ford
T: Kelce

Team 2
Q: Allen, Mahomes, ARich
W: Jefferson, AJB, Tyreek, GW, Ridley, Godwin, MT, Downs, Toney
R: JT, CMC, Barkley, Breece, J. Cook, Kamara
T: Kelce, Hock
2024: 1.04, 1.05, Pick 21
2025: 1st (early), 1st (early), 1st (mid)

Team 3
Q: Lamar, Herbert, Goff, Geno
W: Chase, AJB, Waddle, Pittman, Ridley, MT, Terrace Marshall, Downs
R: CMC, Ekeler, Bijan, Barkley, JT, Kamara, Tucker
T: Andrews, Granson
2024: 1.03, 3rd (late)

Team 4
Q: Mahomes, Allen, Geno
W: Tyreek, Lamb, Ridley, Pittman, Diontae, MT
R: CMC, Henry, JT, Chubb, Dobbins, Tucker
T: Kelce, Gesicki, Kittle

I think the deal is close overall with the extra 1st coming back. I don't like the drop back this year but if you are all in, I do like Diggs over Metcalf in the short term.

Want the 1.06 side. With three 24' 1sts next year you can replenish and maneuver regardless what happens this year. The trade makes your team better now. And gives you another 1st as injury insurance this year.

Yeah hard to pass up on upgrading at WR while gaining future assets even if it means sliding back 4 spots. You are not in the market for a QB this year and with the format there are likely to be at least a couple pushing some position player value back a bit.
