Currently I have the Patriots but I'm thinking maybe The saints or Rams are better pickups.
Only Bills, Bucs and 49rs are taken.

I like the Ravens, Saints, Broncos
Re: Which DST to start the season with?
I'd avoid the Broncos. AFC West and they play the NFC West this season.

Rams I like cause SEA is a crapshow and lance might struggle
Saints cause CAR and ATL are trash
DAL is a big one I like NFC East is a buncha bad offenses and they end the year playing the AFC south

Re: Which DST to start the season with?
I'm grabbing the 49ers is most redraft leagues this year. They play CHI and SEA their first 2 games.
The Rams and Buffalo play each other week 1 so not a great match-up for either to start the season.
Basically just look at whoever the worst NFL teams are and who their trash QB is and stream the defense they're playing.

If we are talking redraft, Cleveland jumps out to me. In a dynasty I am looking at the Saints pretty hard
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

Carolina should be talked about as well. Carolina's offense will dink and dunk and run a good amount.
The Panthers dline is tough and the secondary should be able to cover well.
The Commanders are also similarly built as well, but I don't think their offense will hold the ball as well.

Saints and Dallas and when Chase Young gets back, the Washington D could be a great sleeper
Re: Which DST to start the season with?
This is exactly why you should pick the broncos …Only way def scores is if the opposing team is throwing the ball…you want to avoid run heavy low scoring games

I love to stream the position.
Since SF is already taken, Denver and LA Chargers have a decent first 4 games (Seahawks, Texans, Jaguars, Texans)
Cleveland has 4 decent matchups to start (Panthers, Jets, Steelers, Falcons)
