In a start 2 RB format, I think the value is with Taylor. I would not want to move Lamb but if you are looking to help your RB core, Taylor should produce and hold his value for a couple/few more years. CMC and Zeke are both going the wrong way. Your WR core ages drastically with moving Lamb however on the flip side.

Tempting. But looking at your roster, I'd probably hold on Lamb. If you do pull the trigger, you might want to trade some of that RB depth (like Zeke) to strengthen your WR core.

I would send this for JT if you can. I had JT and turned down this exact offer. I just needed more. We were about to pull the trigger on Lamb, Chubb and a late 1st then it fell through as it was too much for the other owner. I understood but that was the package I would have needed to move him. In the end, I recently moved JT for Najee and 2 2023 early to mid 1sts. Then I moved Najee for Cook, Mattison and a likely top 3 2023 1st. So JT for Cook, Mattison and 3 early to mid 2023 1sts overall. That is a return I am very comfortable with and can't pass up. Hopefully I can turn those picks into Dijon Mustardson and a few guys like Smith-Njigba, Addison or Boutte. Go get JT and you can get a better haul later if you really want.

I think with the age of your wr core, CMC's injury issues the past few seasons along with a aging Zeke I think I'd hold here. I'd want to build around Lamb, your qb's and Andrews and look to move everyone else for youth / picks. Hill, DHop, KA, Zeke and CMC I'd look to move in season once they start producing. CMC should get you a big return if he is back to his old self.

No he said he would only do Lamb or Andrews. But with Andrews he wants my 2nd too. This deal is on me to either accept, counter or decline. For this year, it's better to have JT, but I do fear over the next 5 years, it could be the losing side assuming the 2023 class lives up to the hype and I miss out on a really good player.

I could see doing it for that price.

I'd want to have a backend trade lined up for a contending WR. Adam Thielen would be a target of mine for a 2nd and would be a nice fill-in starter until Hopkins returns. And a good bye week fill- in after. Maybe Lockett or Robert Woods or somebody also.

This trade pretty much leaves your WR corp old and shrively, but your team looks like a contender to me. I'd go for it. I'm wouldn't wanna break up the Lamar/Andrews stack so CeeDee can go.

I agree that you look to be more at the rebuild stage than anything else. My fear with a squad like this would be going for this season and not making it. Every player is another year older and harder to deal. I’d go full tear-down once your older players are producing.

If you really want Taylor, I could see it and a late 1st isn’t a bad price for the position scarcity. But he and Lamb are neck and neck in most dynasty polls as top 4 assets. They’re both 23, but we know WR usually lasts longer than RB. I would have a hard time making this move.

Just to update this… I was able to get him to add a projected early to mid 3rd to his side. So I gave up Lamb and a 1st which is likely 9-12 for JT and likely the 27-30. Typically I’m not one to invest in RBs but in the grand scheme, this seems like a good value to acquire JT. While I like Lamb, he’s being priced at something he hasn’t actually shown yet.

I go JT here, as I feel that Lamb is over-valued right now.

Yeah that was ultimately a reason I accepted the trade. Lamb is currently the WR3 in the rankings yet he has never produced at this level. Odds are his value will only go down this season unless he puts up a top 5 PPG season. Sometimes you just have to take the value of a trade and figure it out from there. JT has already shown he can be the RB1 in fantasy.
