Trey Lance or 2023 1st (top 3 pick)

As the title says.. have an offer from the bottom team in the league for Lance. I love lance but a lot of people don’t trust him so I’m thinking the pick next year may have more value on a rebuild.

I don't think I'd trade Lance away for a single 1st. He's raw but very talented, tied to a great offense/coach/organization, they invested heavily so I can't imagine they'll be in a rush to move on, and on top of all of that: what if the projected top-3 1st ends up being the 1.07?

Fairly strong team but getting close to needing to rebuild due to age rules we have in this league.. we lose everyone aged 29 or older on July 1 of that year. Each team gets an offensive and defensive franchise tag.

This is the side I’m leaning as well. Just wanted to double check with some of you guys. Thanks for the input!
