When Watson signed his Cleveland contract and it included 230 mil in guarantees, owners were reportedly shocked/upset. Apparently, Cleveland had fallen out of the competition to sign him until they threw down the largest bucket of guarantees in a contract.

Kyler Murray's extension with Arizona includes a "homework clause", requiring him to do 4 hours of independent film study for the coming game. People have been surprised a team would think they'd need to include that.

Which of these novel contract details (whether a QB or not) do you think teams are more likely to duplicate in the future?
