A few things.

These tier breaks are kind of disingenuous. In no world do I have Brian Burns in the same tier as Kwity Paye, but I also don’t want to have like 19 different tiers. Maybe Burns should have his own tier, I’m not sure.

Also, OF COURSE, as with all dyno rankings, it’s super hard to fold in the 33-year old studs with the 22-year old unproven guys. I did my best, assuming I have a contending team but also an eye to the future.

Lastly, in terms of the DE designation thing. Yes, I ONLY listed guys who currently have DE next to their name on MFL. Some of these guys are expected to go to LB soon (maybe Philly, definitely Seattle), and there are likely some guys who are currently LBs who may switch back, who knows. I’m not trying to play a guessing game here so I just went with the guys who currently have the concrete designation of DE.

You’re welcome! Last I checked he was a DT on MFL, even though ironically he is set to be a LB on MFL sooner than later…

If he is currently a DE and I missed it, I apologize. He would be right there with Kwity towards the back of tier 2

Firmly #3 overall. I love Hunter.

Granted, if other LBs are in there such as TJ, it makes things more interesting

TJ Watt would be #1 on this list.

Any chance you would do a write-up of the top 10-15 rookies for each position in this draft class as you did back in 2019-2020?

Also, on Travon Walker. I know you would put him around Kwity in these rankings as a DE, but would he drop much lower given the risk he may switch to LB?

Thank you for the love! I don’t feel comfortable doing any rookie write ups yet, as I have done almost no film scouting this year and even my reading on the rookies is way less than I used to do.

If Walker is a LB, I would certainly put him below Thibodeaux, but above the rest of the edge LB rookies (Ebikete, Ojabo, etc)
