Now reading everywhere about people crapping all over JJ MCCarthy and Brian Thomas Jr, and now I'm like.... :wtf:
Take a RB at 1.08???

C'mon Thursday night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've come around on Thomas.
I was a big Thomas fan, but seems like last week or two, no one has anything positive to say about him, all negatives.
Maybe it is just prospect fatigue, who knows at this point?

Plenty out there suggesting the complete opposite. Including the Vegas draft slot odds o/u

If he goes rd 1 to the Steelers, I guess a lot will be moving him up a tier in their WR-rankings. Simply due to Steelers historic ability to hit on WRs.

The GM that made that run of WR picks is gone. (Pickens was selected in Colberts' final "hand over" draft)

No doubt they still have some of that institutional knowledge about what they like.

But catching passes as Russell Wilsons #2 WR (or even Justin Fields) in an Arthur Smith offense might not exactly be lucrative out of the gate.

Fair points.
I honestly believe that across all dynasty leagues, most people will overlook the points you have here, and simply focus on their historical draft success. I for one did :D

Slightly OT but since it seems we've squeezed all the juice out of this orange, a new draft related question:

What are your favorite Draft prop bets?

WR's drafted in the round 1, O/U 6.5. I got the under.

I like that bet ... it all comes down to if someone decides to reach on Worthy, IMO. I think MHJr, Nabers, Odunze, Thomas, Mitchell & McConkey are all likely to go in first.

Me too. I see MHJ, Nabers, Odunze, Thomas as locks. Worthy as probable. I think 1 of Mitchell or Ladd may fall out of the 1st

We haven't talked a ton (unless I have missed it) about Jermaine Burton. Does his talent overcome his maturity issues?

Are his "red flags" just one game where he pushed two different fans after a game when fans stormed the field? Like I get it pushing a girl who tried to move around him while storming the field is a move most wouldn't pull but is that the extent here?

Dane Brugler: “The talent’s there. It’s a matter of consistency on and off the field. He’s been to 6 schools in 8 years. As one NFL scout put it, he was on the bleep list of the coaches of both Georgia and Alabama”
