What are people's thoughts on Chase Young after two seasons? Strong rookie year, followed by a very disappointing sophomore campaign prior to injury. Overall it feels like a stock down situation. What are people's view looking forward?
Everywhere I look (understandably) still has him ranked as a top 4 DE. It too makes sense given the blend of upside and youth, but if you have other options at the position for your roster, do you get out for a late 2023 1st (noting he was a late 1st pick when he came out)?

Re: Chase Young
As a Young owner I am holding at that price. If I wasn't, I would probably be trying to buy at the price of a late 2022 first.
Re: Chase Young
If the price is down at all I am probably buying, would only sell if at a profit over where I drafted him

Re: Chase Young
I value him as a 12 sack guy with room to grow. He's worth a lot still.
Re: Chase Young
Ive been happily starting Burns over him for a while. Just holding and refuse to sell.

Re: Chase Young
Anyone have an idea of the status of his recovery? I don't expect him to play early in the season, but is a return in late-September possible or is an October/November timeframe more likely?

Re: Chase Young
I still like Chase Young's upside, but his price has gone down, and I bought at the dip.
In a 12 team offense/IDP mixed draft, 11 offense/11 IDP, I was able to get CY in round 13 as the 7th DL off the board.
Right after Maxx Crosby, and before Josh Allen.
I expect CY to struggle a bit in 2022, as many players do in year 1 after an ACL, but I still believe he will become a double digit sack guy for many years.
