Some of waived/released players for cutdowns this year have been mentioned. Others that caught my eye- John Brown, Gerrid Doaks, Cornell Powell. NE cutting both Newton and Hoyer was interesting.

Anyone else catch yalls eyes?

Agree on Coutee and Fitzpatrick. In Detroit's thin WR corps, cutting Sage Surratt and Breshad Perriman are disappointing.

Wayne Gallman being cut in San Fran with their RB injury/ies was a surprise. Everson Griffen, too. Miami whittled down their RB group, cutting both Gerrid Doaks and Patrick Laird.

Bears cut Dazz Newsome.

Broncos cut Seth Williams.

he must have been a proper twat... i mean, to make the roster as a 4th rounder you probably don't need much more than 100% effort in camp. (of course, he may just have been shite...)

not much for me: mostert and sermon (and juszcykzkczyk) were obvious locks, mitchell was alway going to get a chance (also a potential kick returner), and between hasty and gallman they kept the younger, cheaper (slightly...) back with one season in the system already. considering they already have a seasoned vet that should be back at some point, makes sense.

Gallman to Atlanta and Ollison cut

Jacob Hollister is mildly interested in a TE premium league.

He was cut by Buffalo & signed by Jacksonville. Their TE stable is pretty lame.

Nice on both those! MFL also had Xavier Jones listed as a FA previously but he's now an LAR RB.

Agreed. He’s a hold for me after I paired him against Guyton to see how the Charger roster shook out and knowing the following year’s status of the WRs. Now holding both he and Guyton where I was looking to cut one of them previously.
