Juju is gone, Hardman gone. Do they add significant WRs in draft or FA or do they look toToney to step up?
I know the big IF is injury but maybe he can put together a healthy year and showcase his talent

Agreed, they have serious WR needs. Whether they go rookie or vet I don't know, but they can't possibly be happy with Toney/Skyy/MVS as the top 3. That depth chart is crazy weak.

As a KC fan I think 10k yards over 3 seasons will be really fun to watch. I have doubts though...

His range of outcomes is all over the place.

Even if he stays healthy and he's actually really good, does anyone trust him to sustain that? I'd sell now or immediately after the first great game game with Mahomes. Just feels like if you keep him, you're going to be stuck on an endless loop of "potential" for the next 8 years.

Whilst true, there are already some outcomes that we can fairly comfortably rule out. He's never going to be a true #1 WR. If he gets there for fantasy in any season, he will get there on designed/schemed plays. He can't beat press man - never did it in college, never did it with the Giants, and hasn't done it with the Chiefs.

Admittedly, with the ball in his hands - he's on the Deebo spectrum of "special". But between all of the injuries, the constant behavioural red flags (google "Kadarious DM's fans"), and the fact that he hasn't really progressed his craft as a route runner / wide receiver in 3 years... it's just not the sort of profile I like to bet on. (Which is why I have no shares)

I echo CG's advice - sell at the next window, for the best deal you can get.
