I feel like Moore's ceiling is Brandin Cooks. Sure, that's pretty solid as an NFL player but in terms of fantasy, that production is a dime a dozen.... Moore. Better draft capital, better prospect and easier path to succeed.
I have trouble with RBs drafted in the 3rd round+ (Sermon) .. even tho I recognize the positional value over hit rate; when a safe WR like Moore is available you take him.
