Looks like you could use a bit of WR help overall, but moving Montgomery would hurt your RB's as well. Have you received any offers or made him available publicly to your league?
Montgomery is a tough one to value owner to owner as some seem high and others not so much. Making him available and letting everyone know you are looking for a WR (or whatever you are hoping for) may be a great way to narrow down those that are interested versus trying to buy low.

I shopped him for a while in a SF / TE premium / Devy league. Sold him for Diontae Johnson + 2.04 Devy pick. Other best offer was Mark Andrews + Devy 2.10. Didn’t get much else that wasn’t lowball offers.

I've made him available and haven't really gotten any bites on him. The two guys that answered low balled pretty hard. I don't think he'll do bad, but I don't believe he will be able to repeat what he did toward the end of the year. So I'd like to trade him at probably his highest as of now.

I would hold and wait, I think he could have a nice season this upcoming year and grow in value. Trading him for a WR would also make your RB room a weakness.

One year ago I traded Mike Williams for Montgomery. I would want a better WR prospect than that back to move him this year.
