There's a big difference between trading draft picks during the draft with division rivals and trading them a (temporary) starting QB while the season is underway.

would you:
give Dak and 23 early 3rd, 23 late 3rd, 24 mid/late 2nd
get Zach Wilson and 23 very early 2nd, 23 mid 2nd, 24 mid/late 1st

Maybe.

I know I'd be trying to get out from under Dak, because three years of part-time playing would be enough for me to try another QB.

I would not. I try to never sell low. He may return about the same time Wilson does and I have much more faith in him. The picks are noise

It's close. There's plenty of risk on the Wilson / 1st / 2nd side. But that side could easily come out on top if you hit on the picks and/or Wilson is serviceable.

As a Dak owner, I agree it has been maddening with his injuries. But this trade doesnt seem great. We are judging Dak by one game against a Tampa defense that has allowed one single touchdown on the season. I'd wait for Dak to get back, put up some solid numbers, and then sell for quite a bit more than Wilson.

Dak is still a good QB. Throwing a ball and hitting your hand happens to QB's. Stafford, Russ etc. I don't think it's something where you have to worry long term. Dak is going to be a starter for quite a while, not sure about Zack Wilson. Wilson has proven nothing, other than that his teammates would rather have Flacco throw them the ball.

I might be wrong, but I think Noah Brown has dropped the card in the Suggestion box at work with a check mark beside "C. Rush"

I've been ignoring the Dallas Fanboys anguish over another Divisional loss, and all the flak getting thrown at Prescott. Then today, I see ESPN's Archer suggest Dallas could draft a mid round QB, so they at least have a QB in place for 2024, in case Prescott's contract negotiations don't go well. Per OTC, the last 2 years of Prescott's contract automatically void, so the actual last year is 2024. Perhaps Archer is anticipating a trade/cut/holdout next offseason.

I have yet to see if this is accurate, but it would be interesting if true.

They brought in Washed TY Hilton late.

Anymore proof needed? ☹️

I feel like I'm a QB away from contending with the first team in my signature. Thinking about making an offer for Dak.

Would the 1.08 & 2.07 be enough? Or Maybe the 1.05 & 3.05? I also have the 1.04 but I'd really like to keep that. His team has a pretty big need for wide receivers, especially young ones. But my team is definitely running back heavy, I don't really have any receivers in the right range.

I would decline with no counter. No chance I'd give up Dak for either of those offers. Dak is a top 10 QB consistently, and is still fairly young as QB's go. There's no chance I'm moving him for a single first and change.

That's kind of where my heads at, I don't think I'm willing to invest much more than this in him though. He's giving off Carson Wentz type red flags. Only reason he's the top of my radar is that he's the QB3 on his team and the rest of the roster seems like it's headed towards a rebuild (His owner has Tua and Fields). Thanks for the feedback.
