I've just gone through my lineup and realised I'm sitting Michael Thomas, Miles Sanders, Amari Cooper, Alvin Kamara. Some because of no faith in the playcalling (Sanders), Cooper because of Balt D, Thomas and Kamara because of Taysom.....
Thats basically the core of my ship team from last year and I feel this is a perfect representation of 2020. Thats with Mixon and Sutton on IR and Godwin on bye.

I'm starting Cooper and Kamara regardless. Cooper just went through a gauntlet of top pass defenses and put up fine ppr numbers. Kamara is up against AtL and very few can match his upside regardless of taysom.

Are you starting a blank roster? That is an insane bunch of players to leave on the bench.

I say don't get cute; start your studs. Cooper I understand... Thomas and Kamara are in a divisional game against a big rival with a propensity for leaking on defense, I wouldn't sit those guys... Sanders is still a top 15 RB, unless you're loaded I don't see how you're sitting him...

I agree you are getting a little cute here. There upside is still too high to bench.

Curious what gamble/hail mary starts ppl are doing. Across various leagues, I've got Akers, Burton and Slayton. I'm going Slayton for his big play ability in a plus matchup, but Burton makes me nervous. I wish I could find a better option, but injuries and byes have me desperate. In a third league, I need to blow up to have questions shot at the playoffs, so Akers is a plug and pray there.

Now when we are analyzing players lets have common sense. If you have never dominated (50+ percentile DR) at the collegiate level how can you expect a player to come do that at the next level? Even if you were surrounded by talented receivers, the cream rises to the top.

The latest lowlight is him having a ball literally ricochet off his hands for a pick. Raiders about to lose to the Jets lol

I feel your pain. I'm starting Thomas because I have no choice. I have Mixon, Ronald Jones, DJ Moore, Will Fuller, Antonio Brown, Gronkowski and CEH on my bench due to injuries/byes/suspensions.

Don't feel good about starting Thomas though

I feel like Cory Davis could be a solid WR2 if he went to a good passing offence. It took him some time but he's become a solid player. Just needs to be in the right offence for it to happen. Tennessee doesn't pass much and when they do, AJB gets the first look most of the time

Yes and no. Highly drafted probably best to stay away because of the cost, but terry Mclaurin along with a few others have been great

Same reason people wrote off Tyreek... But this is certainly a rookie season to forget. I'm still giving him time to progress
