Corey Davis for Baker Mayfield

My league is going to SF in 2022 and I currently only have Dak and Stafford on my roster, got an offer of Baker Mayfield for Corey Davis.

How does everyone feel about Davis prospects moving forward for his career? I'd hate to let him go before he finally emerges after all these years. Not sure how I feel about Baker but to get a starting QB in a future SF for a current WR4 seems like a solid deal.

Good value here. Tough to project to 2022, but I would gamble on Mayfield still being a starter when your league goes to SF.

If you were moving to SF next year id say take the deal. The reality is that I have no faith that baker is a starting qb in 2022. I'd look at something else

My other option is Brady for Davis. I'm competing for the superbowl championship this season and rolling out stafford each week doesnt feel great. Should I go brady knowing I've got a top 6-7 QB ROS and maybe next season or do I go Mayfield for the youth but lower upside?

Same thing with Brady, no faith he's a qb in 2022.

Correct so I guess is it worth taking brady over Baker knowing he'll outproduce the rest of the season and likely in 2021 knowing he's for sure retiring in 2022 or do I take Baker with the hope he becomes a long term starter and only in his mid 20s

Do you think Davis eventually breaks out? Unless He becomes a solid WR2 moving forward I doubt I'll get a starting QB when the SF comes into action. As it stands I'm 6-2 with a good chance of winning this season but my biggest weakness is I'm starting Matthew Stafford and that is it at QB. I also have Dak but he's on IR. my rest of team is Mixon/Cook, MT,Godwin,DJ Moore or Diontea Johnson, Jonnu or Goeddert at TE.

I'm saying davis will be more valuable this year and next because it's a 1 qb league, and then will be more valuable in 2022 because I don't think the other 2 QBs will be any good

I'd think Mayfield has a better shot to be relevant in 2022 than Davis.

I decided to make the trade and acquire mayfield. I'm ready to move on from Davis and I think there is a better chance of Mayfield being a mid tier QB2 in 2022 than not. If that occurs than Davis would almost certainly have to be producing high end WR2 numbers to get a mid tier QB2 value in a SF which I have a harder time believing. If Davis becomes a low end WR2 on another team he still will likely never start unless my team got decimated by injuries whereas only having Dak and Stafford at QB makes it very possible Baker would slide in at QB in my starting lineup.
