Keep who in 16 team league?

16 team snake redraft PPR . I will not know draft position until after keeper choice made.
Keep Elliott in round 1
Or
Goff in round 12?
If I draw a high pick I lost any advantage I had but if I draw a late 1st (13th-16th) Elliott would be a steal. I'm not a Goff fan but round 12 would have at least 177 players off the board and seems there is a couple rounds of value there as my back up QB.... Thoughts?
