Saw that yesterday. I don't think he's relevant at this point. Maybe if Kamara misses time, he'd get some touches, but he's done as a starter. I wouldn't bother with him, unless he's super cheap on the WW.ArrylT wrote: ↑Sun Aug 01, 2021 11:05 pm Signed with the Saints - intriguing spot.

Even then I think they'd roll with MurrayFantasyFreak wrote: ↑Mon Aug 02, 2021 3:25 amSaw that yesterday. I don't think he's relevant at this point. I don't see any value at this point. Even if he did get a shot due to injuries he's a shell of his former self and injury-prone as well.
Re: Devonta Freeman Thread: Here we go ...
Well technically they are already rolling with Latavius Murray - his rushing attemps volume the past 2 years have been top 32 - ie he's a teams RB1 in terms of volume and the Saints RB2 - and hes already at 40-45% Rushing share.
I cannot speak to whether he is washed up or injury prone but obviously he is healthy enough for the Saints to have signed, and it is not like this is unique. They did that Ingram/Kamara/Peterson in 2017.
If Kamara misses time I wouldnt be surprised if Freeman is the guy that takes as much of that role as he can handle, as Murrays never had a 40+ reception season and Freemans had 3 40+ reception seasons (and 2 more 30+). Plus he has college history with Winston. But we'll see.

Glad to see he landed with the Ravens - even if I am still sad at why it happened. Going to be a lot of fun to see which RB ends up being the main beneficiary behind Ty'Son Williams.

Re: Devonta Freeman Thread: Here we go ...
I dropped him for D'Ernest Johnson. He served his purpose and got me a couple of Ws this year, but he was pretty much out of the league. I don't see any value in holding onto him. I rather stock up on younger players at this stage.
