Hard to say not knowing your team, but blindly I'd probably go Cam and hope he lands somewhere to start. Unless you're in a position where you're better off playing it safe, then Ben is fine.

Cam is toast IMO. He's done as a difference maker. Backup, or low end starter. He looked bad with his shoulder, and his body is breaking down. He's not the same player, and he was never a great passer.

I'd take Ben and Anderson here. Ben actually has a starting gig with talent around him.
