Dalvin Cook offer

So im sitting at 4-1 and if not for a late Julio Td week 2 sunday night id be 5-0 and this has been my favorite team ive fielded in years so im stoked about my future. That said im always looking to improve my roster.

Im eyeing Dalvin Cook and im trying to decide what to offer. His team traded away OBJ for three 1sts and a 3rd over the next 3 years. His team is Stafford , Mixon, Gordon, Cook, Ekeler, P Barber AJ green , Tyreek Hill, Watkins, Cooper Westbrook, Olsen, Doyle.

I Was thinking maybe offering Chark + K Allen for Cook
or perhaps Chark + Sutton + Davis for Cook
or Ingram+Chark+2nd for Cook
His team is at 2-3 so far

What should I offer, what is fair?

Ive got what should be a top 4 pick next year due to a previous trade and his team has 2 1sts next year and also the following year. Should I go for this type of trade or stand pat and just draft and develop my next RB?

What about Chark and a 1st if the other team is retooling? I would hold Allen for your build.

I think Allen and chark would be a bit of an overpay. Definitely shouldnt be your first offer. Maybe see if chark Sutton and that early 1st could get it done. If he's rebuilding that's a real good return when the way those young WRs have been playing. Then to get a top pick in next year's draft is the Cherry on top

Hmm Chark and Sutton and Davis , appeals more to me than Chark, Sutton and the 1st next year. Im down on Davis and i think i can get a real stud next year with what is almost a lock top 4 pick. But the owner may not budge unless i go that route.

Im more inclined to offer chark plus the 1st next year and hopefully hold on to Sutton.

I would prioritize moving Ingram, like the Ingram/Chark/2nd offer most.

These offers might have bought Cook at his offseason value, but not now.

Charks value has increased significantly, Sutton as well, i would say both are worth a mid 1st rounder each and those values are arguably trending up. Ingram is also worth a first at a minimum.

Im thinking Dalvin Cook is worth somewhere between 2 and 3 1sts. Hes injury prone and a bit of a headcase but that said hes absolute lightning in a bottle when hes carrying the rock.

I once traded the farm to aquire Ray Rice and shortly thereafter hes out of the league and im set back years. So When trading for players with potential character flaws im weary....Kareem Hunt for example.

I don't think any of those offers get you cook.....Agree needs to be 2-3 firsts

would do a couple things on your team...either davis or AJ Brown need to go...no need having 2 TN WR's......do which ever you don't want....

Davis, Ingram, Lockett and your 1st should get you Cook (if he wanted one of your other your WR's would swap out.... for Lockett)

Good Luck..

Dalvin was already worth two 1sts entering the season and his value has borderline doubled since then. The idea that he could potentially be had for 2 or 2.5 firsts now that he's basically joined the zeke/kamara tier doesn't compute to me. He's a mid 1st round startup pick now. Definitely worth more than 2.5 firsts.

As a cook owner, i would not accept any offers from this thread. He is just too good. Only downside is injury history, but at one point or another, every rb goes through something throughout their career.
