Trading for Kelce

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Trading for Kelce

Postby Flschbrger » Thu Sep 26, 2019 7:33 am

I've offered a 2021 1st and Calvin Ridley for Travis Kelce in league below. Owner countered with adding a 2nd.

Too much? Am I going the right direction with this team? I hate my TE situation, but unsure of maybe I should be using these resources towards a 2nd QB instead?

Would love your guys thoughts on the trade. Thanks. Team in signature below.

I think it's a pretty good trade for you. You have lots of WR depth, so losing Ridley won't hurt you. I like the Kelce upgrade over Vance and still gives you a good bye week option.

I see your point on 2QB. Carr should be serviceable for the season so I think you are fine. I'd have to know what QB, Ridley + 2021 1st would get you to decide if I'd prefer Kelce or a potential QB.

If you think you can compete with Kelce, I'd have no problem throwing in a 2nd to get the deal done.
