Fire Sale?!

For team 2 in my sig.

I had placed top three in this league for the past 4 years. I never won but was always fighting for it. I was thinking up until about 30 mins ago that I was gonna try to get another RB with the 2020 picks I had stockpiled and go for it one more time. After giving my team a good look over I feel I have a playoff team but not one that has a true chance of winning it all. The powerhouse team in my league is as follows:

Wentz, Big Ben, Lamar, Daniel Jones

Zeke, Mixon, Dalvin, Chubb, Hunt

Hill, DJ Moore, Kirk, Gallup

Njoku, Ian Thomas, Herndon, Hurst

He has more but those are the ones of note.

My teams getting up there and doesn’t have a chance against a team like that so I was thinking of starting a fire sale. What I roughly have in mind is this:

Hilton for montegomery and a first

Hunter Henry and Adam Theilen for a very early first and mike Williams.

david Johnson Matt Ryan for nkeal Harry, guice and a first

Keenan Allen and Rodgers for Kerryon, Sutton and a first.

Royce Freeman and oj Howard for ‘20 and ‘21 first.

Sterling Sheppard for a late first?

Austin hooper for a second?

Tevin for a second?

Should I start the fire sale and stockpile even more for ‘20 and ‘21? Also, are these reasonable starting points? If not where should I head? This would be my first rebuild and I’m quite nervous. Also haven’t slept yet so my valuation might be off haha. Thanks in advance for everyone’s help.

Other than the Hilton one I’d say they’re all reasonable and have a good shot at being accepted. However I would keep some of the guys you wanna sell
Namely, Henry, Howard. Hooper, And Royce

In a 10 team league, I would look to make smart moves and not force anything, but I would blow that roster up as well. I would keep: Freeman, Allen, Godwin, T. Smith, M. Brown, McLaurin, Harmon, P. Williams (outside of a good price), Kittle and Howard. the rest would be on the block for me. Hopefully you can build through the draft and solid young upside players via trade. Enjoy the rebuild IF you go that route.

Might just be me, but I don't really see a huge difference between your team and the "powerhouse" team?

I'd try to package a TE+Coleman for a RB upgrade and you should be fine this year if that team you posted is the beez neez of your league.

That "powerhouse" doesn't have a lot of WR's that would scare me? IMO, you lack a second stud RB, otherwise your team looks like it should be able to compete? I'd try to move either Henry or OJ along with TY Hilton and try to get some RB help. Start with that, add a pick if necessary to get a decent RB?
